Luxury stone house with private swimming pool for 6 persons. It is located in Čižići on the island of Krk.The house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an outside bathroom. The holiday home is situated in a residential beach area, close to restaurants and bars, shops and supermarkets and at 400 m from the beach. Air-conditioned and fully furnished, the house is ideal for holidays with family or friends. Pets are welcome! The pool is open 01.03.-20.11.

Das malerische Steinhaus an einem Hang in einem schönen Garten gelegen, ohne Einblick der Nachbarschaft, vermittelt Ruhe und Geborgenheit.Der kleine Pool mit 1,40 m Tiefe lädt zur Erfrischung ein und die Liegen mit großen Sonnenschirmen zum Relaxen. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet, mit allem was man an Urlaubskomfort braucht, auch eine Klimaanlage steht zur Verfügung. Das Haus selbst ist auch kühl durch die Steinmauern. Sehr aufmerksam waren auch verschiedene Schmankerl als Willkommensgruß mit Knabbereien und Getränken. Der Ort selber ist fußläufig zu erreichen mit 3-4 Restaurants, einem Eiscafe und ein kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe des Hauses . Im Meer 🌊 kann man auch baden, allerdings gibt es keine Serviceleistungen am Strand. Der Strand ist sehr flach, mehr eine Lagune für Kind und Hund. Wir waren Ende Mai dort, kann sein, dass im Sommer mehr Trubel ist. Es gibt auch ein Außenklo mit Waschmaschine und Dusche in einem kleinem Zimmer. Das Auto steht geschützt direkt am Haus .

Odlično bivanje v Villi Neva! Namestitev je čudovita, zelo čista in urejena, z vsem, kar potrebuješ za sproščen dopust. Lokacija je mirna in idealna za počitek, hkrati pa blizu morja. Posebej bi pohvalila prijaznost in gostoljubnost lastnice, ki je bila ves čas na voljo in zelo ustrežljiva. Počutili smo se res dobrodošlo. Z veseljem se še vrnemo in nastanitev priporočamo vsem, ki iščejo miren in prijeten oddih.

Vše v pořádku. Přijeli jsme se dvěma husky. Hostitel neměl problém, ubytování splnilo naše očekávání.
